Summer camp — participation terms & privacy

This page describes how we use the information you provide when you register for a Maritime Warriors summer camp, and the basic rules that apply to participation. By checking the box on the registration form, you confirm that you have read this page and agree to what it describes.
Participation & safety
You agree that health, allergy, and emergency contact details you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will update us promptly if anything changes before camp starts.
Camp activities involve physical sport. You understand there is inherent risk of injury in baseball and related training, and you accept that participation is voluntary and supervised according to our normal camp operations.
You are responsible for ensuring the camper arrives and is picked up on time according to published schedules, and follows staff instructions regarding safety, equipment, and conduct toward coaches and other participants.
We may refuse or cancel a registration where necessary for safety, capacity, behaviour, or non-payment according to our published policies.
Optional photos or video may be taken for coaching feedback or promotional use. If you have a concern, contact us before camp so we can note it on file.
Privacy & your information
We collect the details you enter on the summer camp registration form (for example camper name, age, parent or guardian name, contact information, and health-related notes you choose to provide) only to run the camp: planning groups, safety, emergency contact, and follow-up communication.
Submissions are processed through our website and may be stored in secure systems we operate (for example a spreadsheet or database connected to our registration tools). Access is limited to staff and volunteers who need it to deliver the program.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us operate registration or the camp where they are bound by appropriate confidentiality, or when required by law.
You may contact us to ask questions about this notice or to request correction of obvious errors in the information we hold about your registration.
